  • Standout: Cross‑functional planning with SEO, CRO, and agency partners to maximize ROAS.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own paid social strategy and execution across Meta and emerging platforms; directly managing campaigns, budgets, and optimization without agency intermediary.

  • Build and maintain audience architecture: prospecting, retargeting, and exclusion logic across platforms.
  • Scale winning audiences and creative combinations while managing ROAS targets by product cohort.
  • Own Google and Bing search strategy: keyword architecture, bidding, ad copy testing, and shopping feed management.
  • Coordinate with SEO support to align paid and organic keyword strategy and avoid cannibalization.
  • Monitor impression share, Quality Score, and conversion tracking to continuously improve efficiency.
  • Scale Google end-to-end across the full funnel, maximizing performance across all inventory.
  • Lead the evaluation and launch of CTV/streaming ad placements as a new acquisition channel.
  • Identify and test additional upper-funnel channels (programmatic display, audio, etc.) with clear measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance marketing, with at least 3-5 years managing $500K/mo in spend.
  • Direct ownership of paid social and paid search budgets in a DTC e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid channels while maintaining CAC and ROAS efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience managing agency relationships and holding external partners accountable to performance targets.
  • Strong analytical foundation — comfortable with MTA, MMM concepts, and building performance reports in GA4, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing or coordinating SEO and CRO programs, even if executed by specialists.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate channel data into clear business recommendations for leadership.

Nice To Have

  • Experience launching or scaling CTV/streaming ad programs.
  • Familiarity with direct mail attribution and prospecting list strategy.
  • Experience with feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or similar) for shopping campaigns.
  • Experience at a company scaling through a similar revenue stage ($15M–$50M).

Benefits

  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and opportunity to participate in the company bonus pool.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with occasional travel to NY Metro area
  • High-impact seat at a founder-led brand with strong growth momentum
