Director of Paid Social

Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, optimize, and scale paid ads initiatives.
• Own budget pacing, bid strategies, and channel-level performance.
• Partner closely with the creative team to test, iterate, and scale high-performing ad concepts.
• Analyze performance data and deliver clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience of managing and scaling paid ads campaigns
• Proven track record managing meaningful budgets with strong performance outcomes.
• Deep experience testing and iterating on a high volume of creative assets.
