Job Summary

This role owns the full membership revenue lifecycle, from sales to onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion, while leading a Member Support Team. It emphasizes growth, renewals, and expanding member revenue through proactive engagement and measurable outcomes, with collaboration across Marketing and leadership to drive ROIs for trusted restorers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for new member growth, including outbound outreach, discovery calls, proposal development, and closing.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified restoration company prospects.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to sharpen messaging, improve lead conversion, and attract the right-fit member.
  • Track and optimize sales performance metrics (appointments set, close rate, CAC efficiency, member fit).
  • Develop strategies to increase Net Revenue Retention through upgrades, expanded services, and deeper member engagement.
  • Identify high-opportunity member accounts and create growth plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships by positioning Trusted Restorer as an essential advisor to member success.
  • Drive proactive renewal strategy through relationship management, business coaching, and accountability.
  • Monitor member health and engagement to identify renewal risks early.
  • Lead retention interventions with clear recovery plans and outcome-based follow-up.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, account management, or revenue-focused customer success roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business and retain/expand long-term accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: comfortable leading strategic conversations with business owners.
  • Experience managing teams, coaching performance, and driving accountability.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking KPIs across pipeline, retention, and member engagement.
