Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own multi-channel demand gen — email, social media, podcasts, and events — targeting business owners and other decision-makers
  • Build ABM and lead-scoring programs for high-value prospects and nurture sequences tailored to each buyer profile and stage
  • Launch a partner/referral program and identify new market opportunities within the sector
  • Continuously test and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths, and partner with sales on clean lead handoff
  • Own the website and SEO , plus paid digital advertising across Google, Meta, and other platforms
  • Run content calendars across blog, social, email/SMS, and podcasts — informed by analytics to double down on what's working
  • Keep content current with service offerings and industry trends
  • Write and oversee copy for the website, email, case studies, and promotional materials
  • Produce educational, expertise-led content — blog posts, whitepapers, and articles — that builds authority in dental practice management
  • Develop sales enablement assets : decks, lead magnets, infographics, and checklists

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with real ownership of lead generation / demand generation results; selling services or products to small business owners is a strong plus
  • A self-starter who operates autonomously and takes genuine ownership of outcomes, not just activity
  • Strong project management instincts — organized, detail-oriented, and able to run multiple channels and campaigns at once without things slipping
  • Proven people leadership : experience managing, coaching, and holding a team (internal staff and/or external partners) accountable to results
  • Hands-on channel expertise across social media (Meta in particular), digital advertising, email/SMS marketing, content marketing, podcasts and blogs, and event marketing
  • An analytical mindset — comfortable in the data, drawing insight from it, and using it to improve performance
  • Experience managing a budget
  • AI-enabled : comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter, with an innovative, solution-oriented approach to problems
  • HubSpot certified (or extensive knowledge of HubSpot)
  • Proficient with technology and tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Google Drive
