Job Summary

Own local market activation by planning events, building partnerships, and guiding store-focused marketing decisions that drive traffic and sales across markets.

Event Planning & Community Engagement: Plan and run events to boost store traffic and brand presence while nurturing local charity and business partnerships.
Market Planning & Data Fuel: Develop market-by-market plans and provide data to inform local offers and decisions.
Team Leadership & Operations Support: Lead store programs, payroll processes, training, cost control, and guest-service excellence to meet operating standards and goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and run events to drive traffic to Sonic Drive in.
Manage and maintain all social media to keep us top of mind in the local communities
Gain and grow relationships with local charities and businesses
Determine a Market by Market plan to drive traffic and business to the stores
Provide data fueling marketing decisions and local offerings
Process and run payroll on a weekly basis
Manage programs for the store managers (e.g., Vacations, Skate Program, Shoes for Crews)
Be the liaison between store level management and charity partners
Work within a budget to run fundraisers and events at the stores
Assist drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan to meet operating standards, sales and profits

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Part-time status
Availability for typical Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm; weekends as needed; travel as needed to other markets (Erie PA and Fredonia)
On-site work requirement
