Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end design, launch, and ongoing management of B2B2C loyalty programs, driving omnichannel strategy, data governance, and field enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own its B2B2C loyalty ecosystem: the programs that reward and grow its practices and the consumers those practices serve, and the digital experiences, data, and communications that connect them.
  • Drive engagement, retention, and revenue across every channel by connecting the field, practices, and consumers through loyalty, digital experiences, and data.
  • Lead the launch of both the B2B and B2C loyalty programs, including strategy and business requirements, financial modeling, go-to-market, and field enablement.
  • Once the programs have launched, it owns them end to end: strategy, mechanics and promotions, measurement, and optimization.
  • Own the connected omnichannel roadmap, inclusive of the 360-degree customer-data strategy and the CRM strategy, with a CRM lead reporting in.
  • Hands-on leadership: personally runs program management and delivery, directs agency partners to hit milestones and go-to-market timelines, and brings analytical depth using segmentation, lifetime value, predictive analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions.
  • Stay close to the field, equipping reps to partner with their accounts and use the programs for pull-through, supporting usage, and gathering feedback that shapes what comes next.
  • Work across departments and with senior leadership to align budgets, roadmaps, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years across omnichannel strategy, loyalty, CRM, customer or marketing analytics, or digital marketing, including proven loyalty program strategy, development, and management.
  • Proven experience launching and running customer-facing digital programs (loyalty or similar) for consumers or providers, from strategy through execution and day-to-day operation, managing agency and technology partners, holding cross-functional teams to milestones and go-to-market timelines, and prioritizing a roadmap using business cases.
  • Strong analytical depth: segmentation, lifetime value, propensity modeling, cohort analysis, campaign measurement, controlled testing, and loyalty or incentive economics (member value, incremental margin, reward-rate modeling). Experience building and deploying customer analytics, personalization, or loyalty decisioning capabilities, turning customer data into acquisition, retention, and commercial decisions with measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM systems and customer data platforms, B2B commerce systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of the aesthetics industry, including consumer and provider behavior and how products reach consumers through practices.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy, and the ability to partner with Legal, Privacy, and IT on customer and practice/HCP data use and sharing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, including coaching and developing team members.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Digital, IT, and Legal, with the presence to collaborate closely with the commercial team, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel to key industry and sales meetings and to the field as needed

Preferred

  • Experience working with a field sales organization, with the credibility to train, influence, and learn from reps, ideally including building training or enablement for a field team.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or a related CPG/DTC category preferred, ideally connecting consumer and professional/practice channels.
  • Hands-on technical analytics (SQL, Python/R, cloud analytics, and BI workflows), with experience in marketing-mix modeling, marketing attribution, incrementality and causal measurement (such as matched-market designs), commercial analytics, and AI-assisted analytics with human review and appropriate access controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, marketing, or related discipline.

Benefits

  • medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • a 401(k) plan with employer match
  • paid time off, and other benefits, subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms
