Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for hotels and multi‑property portfolios.
  • Partner with hotel leadership, revenue management, and brand teams to align marketing initiatives with occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals.
  • Translate hotel performance data, market conditions, and demand trends into actionable marketing plans that drive direct bookings.
  • Oversee digital marketing programs across SEO, paid media, content, email, and conversion optimization.
  • Evaluate channel performance and attribution to continuously optimize spend, messaging, and targeting.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are data‑driven, measurable, and aligned with hotel‑specific KPIs.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead high‑level conversations around strategy, performance, expectations, and long‑term growth.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and results clearly to executive‑level audiences.
  • Develop long‑term marketing roadmaps that support brand growth, market expansion, and evolving traveler behavior.
  • Identify new opportunities, tools, and approaches to keep hotel marketing efforts competitive.
  • Balance strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to ensure successful execution.
  • Guide and mentor marketing team members, fostering accountability, growth, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, analytics, revenue, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working directly with hotels or hospitality brands.
  • Background as a hotel marketing manager, regional marketing leader, or hospitality marketing strategist.
  • Strong understanding of hotel marketing fundamentals, including distribution, demand generation, and direct booking strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, content marketing, analytics, and CRO.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and connect marketing outcomes to hotel revenue impact.
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑channel marketing programs.
  • Confident communicator with experience leading strategic conversations and managing expectations.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
  • Comfortable working with executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to think beyond individual campaigns and contribute to long‑term growth strategy.

Preferred

  • Agency experience working with hospitality or travel brands.
  • Experience managing multi‑property or portfolio‑level hotel marketing.
  • Familiarity with hospitality marketing platforms, booking engines, and analytics tools.
