Job Description

Drive the GTM tech stack and data-driven routing to power scalable revenue operations.

  • Own end-to-end GTM architecture across Salesforce, Sigma, Clay, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, and related tools.
  • Architect signal-based routing, territory management, and opportunity orchestration for timely rep actions.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to migrate logic to the data warehouse in a SaaS Takeout approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce instance as a strategic asset with scalable custom objects, flows, and integrations.
  • Lead advanced outbound and enrichment workflows, building multi-source data waterfalls for SDR/AE teams.
  • Evaluate and evolve tooling to leverage best-in-class capabilities and minimize vendor lock-in.
  • Become the resident Sigma expert powering GTM motion with live dashboards and workflow integrations.
  • Identify new internal use cases treating BI as infrastructure to enable innovation.
  • Ensure high-integrity data pipelines feeding all GTM systems with clean enrichment and deduplication.
  • Translate GTM strategy into automated, signal-driven workflows across the stack.
  • Rigorously evaluate ROI, identify overlaps, and sunset redundant technologies with a business case.
  • Own technical vendor relationships and negotiate GTM platform contracts to stay aligned with needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Architecture, or Sales/Revenue Ops Technology.
  • Deep Salesforce Admin/Architect experience (Flows, CPQ, custom objects, integrations).
  • Strong experience designing enrichment and outbound automation workflows (Clay or similar).
  • Hands-on production-grade AI/LLM automation in GTM contexts.
  • Proficiency with modern BI tools (Sigma strongly preferred).
  • Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Eng leaders to define a unified roadmap.
  • Proven experience leading a team of analysts, admins, and contractors.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LeanData, Outreach, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, or 6sense.
  • Active RevOps/GTM systems community involvement (speaking, mentoring, open-source).
  • Experience mentoring technical ops professionals, including Salesforce admins and analysts.
