Job Description

Growth Infrastructure: Define and lead global innovation strategy for Body Care categories, differentiating benefits, claims, positioning, and growth opportunities.
Portfolio Vision: Own the 3-year innovation roadmap and category vision to drive leadership, growth, and global relevance.
Innovation Development: Lead from insight generation to commercialization grounded in consumer needs and brand strategy.
Cross-Functional Execution: Align with Product Development, Supply Chain, Packaging, Creative, Regulatory, Consumer Engagement, and regional teams for launches.
Strategic Partnerships: Partner with senior leadership to shape category strategy, whitespace opportunities, and scalable pipeline.
Financial Governance: Oversee category P&L inputs with cost and margin targets, optimizing performance while maintaining product excellence.
Market Intelligence: Analyze performance, trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform decisions and portfolio optimization.
People & Culture: Manage and develop direct report(s), fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
