Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy development for the sac-TMT breast launch indications (TF-10/TF-11), aligning with the overarching sac-TMT asset strategy and disease portfolio plans.
• Drive indication-level L3 marketing strategy deliverables, scientific narrative, and nurse/care team strategies in close collaboration with disease teams.
• Oversee market research, SL insights, and other insight-gathering needs for initial launch indications.
• Coordinate with the precision medicine team on biomarker strategies related to initial launch indications.
• Lead commercial planning and execution for the initial sac-TMT launch indications, including promotional strategies, messaging, and global content deliverables with cross-functional and regional teams.
• AOR oversight and management; manage the launch planning process for sac-TMT in breast with cross-functional and cross-geographic coordination.
• Lead SL engagement and congress strategy for initial launch indications in coordination with disease teams and asset-planning workstreams.
• Track data analytics and performance metrics for initial launch indications in collaboration with disease teams and the sac-TMT analytics team.
• Coordinate with the precision medicine team on BMx strategy scenario plans.
• Lead the launch GCT for sac-TMT in Breast indications and prepare for launch readiness and governance discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 10+ years pharmaceutical business experience across marketing, sales, market access & pricing or related roles.
• Understanding of healthcare trends, reimbursement and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities.
• Experience leading strategy development and implementation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive key initiatives; excellent collaboration and leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate messages across the enterprise and to leadership; stakeholder management across complex organizations.
• Ability to lead sub-teams and influence without authority; willingness to travel ~10-15% (including some weekends).

Nice to Have

• Advanced Degree (MBA).
• Global Marketing experience plus Regional/Local Marketing experience.
• Launch experience; Oncology experience.
