Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize member engagement strategies across Solera’s client portfolio
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, shaping enrollment strategy and sharing insights and recommendations
  • Translate client goals, member populations, and program offerings into targeted marketing plans
  • Present strategies and performance results to senior stakeholders; build trust and influence decision-making
  • Lead end-to-end campaign strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, and phone channels
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns with high quality, speed, and compliance
  • Own enrollment forecasting and performance metrics, including conversion, cost-per-enrollment, and ROI
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix to improve performance
  • Define KPIs and translate campaign data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Apply segmentation, clinical targeting, and behavioral insights to improve engagement and relevance

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, with deep expertise in multi-channel campaign strategy and execution
  • Proven success driving measurable acquisition, enrollment, or engagement outcomes
  • Strong client-facing experience, with demonstrated responsibility for managing or advising clients (e.g., agency, consulting, or client-facing internal roles)
  • Deep experience with lifecycle marketing channels such as email, SMS, and direct mail
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable owning performance metrics and translating data into action
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-client environments with competing priorities and compliance considerations
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer data platforms (e.g., Iterable, Segment) and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and performance
  • Strong creative instincts, including experience developing briefs, reviewing messaging, and guiding campaign execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Occasional domestic travel required for client meetings and team events (up to 10%)

Preferred

  • Healthcare or digital health experience
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and TCPA compliance
  • Experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization at scale
  • Travel
