Requirements
- 7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 2 years managing people
- You don't just use AI yourself, you raise the AI fluency of the team you lead. We expect concrete examples of what you've shipped and who's better at AI because of you.
- Experience owning a lead and revenue number (MQLs, SQLs) you were accountable to
- A market launch or cross-channel campaign you planned and ran, with metrics to back it up
- Strong with campaign analytics across paid, organic, website, and email
- Comfortable as a player-coach, hands-on yourself while the team is small
