Job Summary
Own North America demand generation and drive measurable pipeline by orchestrating multi‑channel programs, ABM aligned with sales, and data-driven optimization.
- Growth ownership: lead multi-channel demand gen and full-funnel reporting to identify bottlenecks and accelerate pipeline.
- Channel discipline: optimize paid search, social, LinkedIn, SEO, email, and webinars within budget to maximize contribution.
- Collaboration: partner with Sales Directors, BDRs, and Growth Marketing on ABM plays and enablement that source self pipeline.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and execute North America demand generation strategy, translating it into measurable pipeline impact across awareness, engagement, meetings, and revenue
- Lead channel optimization (paid search, social, LinkedIn, SEO, email, webinars) and manage budget allocation based on performance and pipeline contribution
- Partner with Sales Directors, BDRs, and Growth Marketing to develop account-based strategies, sales plays, and enablement content that drives self-sourced pipeline
- Own full-funnel reporting and analytics—establishing KPIs by channel, campaign, and persona while identifying bottlenecks and driving rapid iteration
- Support event-driven demand generation and event ROI tracking
- Lead and coach demand generation team members within a cross-functional Center of Excellence model
