  • Ensure consistent message across all platforms
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive enterprise-level communications strategy that aligns with corporate vision and values.
  • Oversee all internal communication programs to inform, engage, and inspire team members and drive alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead external communications efforts including media relations, public relations, executive visibility, and brand storytelling.
  • Develop position statements and a repository of communications materials/policies, including talking points, media statements, speech writing, media training, Q&A, etc. for all executives and external facing team members.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO and executive team on all communications matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, investor relations, or public relations
  • Proven track record of leading integrated communications strategies at the executive level.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience successfully leading cross-functional projects or other corporate initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-stakes communications, including crisis and reputation management.
  • Experience interfacing with media, investors, and community leaders.
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership and team development.

  • Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly understand changing business dynamics.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and work effectively, through uncertainty.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Build and maintain a strong internal network stakeholders across various disciplines.
