Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the comprehensive marketing plan for the Americas, ensuring it is data-driven and aligned with both regional Sales priorities and global marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Global Performance & Campaigns and Digital Lifecycle teams to ensure global channel spend and lifecycle marketing are optimised for the Americas funnel, sparking high-quality pipeline growth across all segments, aligning with campaign managers to adapt global campaigns for the Americas
  • Drive regional ABM initiatives from concept to delivery, identifying high-value accounts and deploying tailored, creative messaging that stands out.
  • Provide strategic oversight for regional event management and field/partner marketing activities, ensuring events serve as a high-impact secondary channel for relationship building and lead generation.
  • Represent Marketing within the regional leadership team. Hold a seat at the table, building cross functional relationships, co-owning regional strategy with Sales and other leaders and building the regional culture together.
  • Own the end-to-end regional funnel analysis, monitoring trends from top-of-funnel traffic and conversions to pipeline health and closed-won revenue.
  • Proactively diagnose funnel friction, lead flow issues, or conversion gaps, and liaise with central teams—including Web, Marketing Operations, and Lifecycle—to resolve leaks and ensure a seamless, high-performing conversion path.
  • Partner with Regional SDR team, executing plays and pipe gen days to ensure regional pipeline targets are met
  • Operate as a high-velocity individual contributor who partners seamlessly with Global Marketing, Product Marketing, and regional Sales and SDR teams to deliver success.
  • Serve as the creative bridge between regional needs and global functions, advocating for local requirements while executing global initiatives with local flair.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS demand generation and regional leadership.
  • Expertise in building full-funnel marketing plans that support both high-velocity self-serve and complex enterprise sales motions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a command of demand generation practices, including lead scoring, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative partner to Sales, helping to translate regional sales goals into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience aligning with global functions (Performance, Digital, Field Marketing) to drive regional success within a global framework.
  • Deep familiarity with the B2B buying cycle — including the interplay between product-led growth, self-service revenue and assisted enterprise sales motions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills: you are comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting data and using insights to influence strategy and investment decisions at the leadership level, including applying AI-driven insights and predictive models.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts — you are a natural collaborator who can align diverse stakeholders around shared priorities, including driving adoption of AI-powered approaches across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to maintain clarity and momentum across multiple simultaneous campaigns and workstreams, leveraging automation and AI to increase speed and scale.
  • A practical, proactive mindset: you balance strategic thinking with a genuine willingness to get into the detail when it matters, including evaluating and implementing new AI tools and methodologies.
