Job Summary

Own onboarding and activation for a large 1099 affiliate network, with a tight 14 day cadence and ongoing engagement leadership.

Activation and onboarding: establish a fast, consistent start for new affiliates, ensuring immediate system adoption and momentum.
Affiliate coaching and prospecting: teach reps how to leverage social networks to refer entrepreneurs and grow the funnel.
Program leadership: maintain energy, accountability, and visibility as the face of the network to sustain month over month production.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Call every new affiliate the moment they sign up — onboard them, walk them through the system, and get them fired up to start.
Build and run a tight first-14-day activation cadence so nobody goes dark.
Coach affiliates on how to prospect and refer entrepreneurs through social media and their everyday networks.
Keep the entire network engaged, motivated, and producing month after month.
Lead from the front — you are the energy, the accountability, and the face of the program to every affiliate.

Requirements

You come from life insurance, door-to-door, or a similar high-volume sales world where you grown a team and led them to close at an elite level.
You know how to take a large group of 1099 reps and get them moving — fast.
You're equal parts motivator and operator: you bring the energy AND you run a disciplined follow-up system. Hype without follow-through won't keep 300 people active.
You're self-driven. This is full-time and 1099 — nobody is managing your calendar for you.

Golf-industry experience is a strong plus.
