Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies to increase visibility and attract prospective students.
  • Oversee the entire admissions process, including application review, interviews, and enrollment decisions.
  • Lead and manage the admissions and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and external partners to promote programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage the admissions budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to admissions and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of higher education policies, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
