Own the in-person outreach and onboarding workflow for a home improvement audience by talking to neighbors, generating qualified door-to-door leads, and capturing clean data to map a local market, while guiding homeowners through upgrading their windows and doors.

Outreach & Lead Gen: canvassing neighborhoods to surface needs and schedule next steps.
Data & Market Mapping: record accurate prospect details and align with target areas.
Customer Experience: support homeowners through the upgrade journey from inquiry to completion.

Job Description

- canvasses local neighborhoods in order to talk with current and potential customers about Andersen Windows, to understand how we can meet their window and door needs - generate highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing - record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area - support the customer experience in upgrading their homes
