Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute against brand strategy by developing and executing digital marketing and social media plans designed to support business objectives and resonate with Hispanic audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Leverage brand messaging and relevant occasions to plan and manage digital & social media calendars across channels such as brand and retailer websites, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Integrate other brand and retail media/tools into digital & social media plans to contribute to a fully integrated communications approach.
  • Stay current on trends, cultural insights, and platform behaviors within the Hispanic and general markets.
  • Concept, write, create, and edit engaging content that reflects an authentic voice relevant to the Hispanic consumer.
  • Create bilingual or Spanish-language content as needed, maintaining consistent brand voice and cultural nuance.
  • Develop high-quality multimedia assets, including short-form videos, graphics, photography, and copy for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Engage with audiences in a culturally aware and respectful manner, including responding to comments and messages in English or Spanish as appropriate.
  • Build a positive and inclusive brand presence within Hispanic communities online.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across platforms; identify and present insights and key learnings on engagement, reach, conversions, and cultural resonance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer, including cultural trends and digital behaviors.
  • Ability to craft content that resonates authentically with Hispanic audiences.
  • Spanish language fluency with bilingual writing and editing ability required.
  • Background in influencer marketing, community engagement, or multicultural marketing.
  • Proficiency with creative and social tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Understanding of SEO and email marketing platforms desirable.
  • Experience in retail media, including Amazon.com, WMC, AMC, Instacart, etc. desirable.
