Responsibilities

• Lead daily digital marketing activities, campaigns, and content initiatives.
• Develop and manage social media, website, SEO, and digital content strategies.
• Create, schedule, publish, and oversee engaging text, image, and video content.
• Lead and support interns and entry-level digital marketing team members.
• Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, review work, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Implement marketing automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Monitor digital trends, platform updates, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
• Analyze website, SEO, social media, and campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and professional standards across digital channels.
• Research target audiences, keywords, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership, team-lead, supervisory, or project-lead experience.
• Experience training, mentoring, or coordinating interns or entry-level team members.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and digital campaign management.
• Experience with marketing automation and digital marketing technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
