Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Plan and create agency emails with strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Performance Analysis: Review subscriber engagement and analyze trends to improve email results
  • Advertising Oversight: Manage digital and traditional paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels
  • Campaign Coordination: Work with contracted media partners on planning, budgeting, creative assets, and placement
  • Strategy Optimization: Refine advertising strategies based on audience performance and campaign analytics
  • Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with communication teams on assets and copywriting for marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Two years of professional experience in the development and implementation of conservation education programs; and a bachelor’s degree with course work in wildlife management, journalism, communications, or a closely related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
  • This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
  • Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
