Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing Klaviyo email campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Website management, updates, optimization, and A/B testing for conversions
- Helping manage and grow our customer loyalty program
- Setting up and executing Klaviyo automations (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
- Managing paid ad campaigns (Meta ads, Google Ads) and optimizing for conversion
- Analyzing campaign performance and reporting on KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI, email metrics)
- Coordinating with our design and video team on asset creation
Requirements
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (in-house, agency, or startup)
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform (required)
- Website management experience (Shopify or similar)
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Strong grasp of marketing metrics and analytics tools
- Content creation skills (can write, design, or produce basic video)
Preferred
- E-commerce or DTC background is a huge plus
