Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing social calendar that ensures balanced mix of trending, evergreen and timely content that aligns with active campaign objectives.
  • Writing creative briefs and collaborating with creative partners to develop content that will resonate with platform audiences and achieve performance goals.
  • Managing and optimizing publishing schedules across multiple platforms.
  • Tracking, measuring and compiling reporting for relevant KPIs across social and digital tactics.
  • Analyzing performance data to improve current digital campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Identifying content that could extend awareness to new audiences by executing a paid strategy.
  • Managing portfolio of localized restaurant Facebook pages.
  • Collaborating with Franchise Marketing Manager to support New Store Openings (NSOs) and identifying relevant partnership opportunities to drive regional awareness.
  • Consulting with Franchise Business Consultants and Franchisees on relevant local content to support restaurant events and sales growth.
  • Monitoring and responding to comments on branded posts and direct messages, reporting on guest sentiment, and escalating guest relations issues to relevant internal and restaurant teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, or content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
  • Proven record of managing brand social accounts and delivering measurable growth.
  • Experience with analytics and social media management tools (Sprout Social preferred.)
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt brand voice across audiences, channels and tactics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience in restaurant, franchise or retail marketing.
  • Familiarity of paid digital advertising strategy and metrics.
  • Knowledge of influencer campaign management and contracts.
