Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns on both social media and via direct email to reach target audiences effectively.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels that engage users and promote brand messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee website management using a content management system.
• Design visually engaging graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing materials, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Coordinate with our Technical Sales team to set up digital campaign management processes that align with overall marketing strategies.
• Generate presentations and handouts for the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Skilled in content creation and graphic design in Canva.
• Technical proficiency in website management using Squarespace.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Constant Contact for executing targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and foster customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent communication skills are vital for collaboration across teams.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for staying current on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
