Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, film, edit and publish social media content
Help develop an ongoing social media content calendar
Proactively bring new video, social media and marketing ideas to the team
Film Mary, team members, real estate listings, local businesses, community events and other relevant content
Be comfortable occasionally appearing on camera
Turn longer-form content into Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content
Create engaging captions and marketing copy
Help create real estate and community-focused blog content
Maintain consistent branding across platforms
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement

Requirements

Approximately 2–3 years of social media, digital marketing, video or content creation experience
Strong experience with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Video editing experience
Experience with platforms such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or similar programs
Strong understanding of short-form video
Comfortable filming with a phone or camera
Comfortable being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to write natural, conversational social media content
Understanding of social media analytics
