Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Execute a consistent posting schedule across Facebook and Instagram to maintain brand visibility.
• Group Engagement Lead Generation: Actively participate in relevant Facebook groups, specifically targeting immigration-focused communities, to provide value and identify potential leads.
• Content Coordination: Adapt and post creative assets that resonate with the target demographic, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand standards.
• Community Growth: Monitor comments, messages, and group discussions to build trust and direct interested parties to our services.
• Reporting: Track lead acquisition metrics and engagement levels to optimize digital outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in managing professional Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Social Media Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage 10–15 hours of weekly tasks efficiently.
• Niche Networking: Proficiency in navigating and generating organic leads from Facebook Groups; experience with immigration groups is a significant advantage.
• Communication: Excellent written English with the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally within diverse communities.
• Location: Must be based in or near Queens, NY, with the ability to visit our Jackson Heights office once per week.
