Job Summary

Own the onboarding, account setup, and campaign execution workflow for a high-volume services model, with a focus on standardized processes and client-facing support.

  • Onboarding and account setup: own end-to-end lifecycle and new property accounts in a proprietary system.
  • Campaign execution and client support: lead campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and ticketed client inquiries.
  • Process optimization and AI enablement: drive standardization, governance, and explore AI tools to boost efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for a specialized service model
  • Set up new property accounts and profiles within a proprietary software platform
  • Serve as the primary executioner on campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Respond to client questions via a dedicated, ticket-based system
  • Research and recommend process innovations for administrative tasks
  • Explore the implementation of AI tools to maximize the efficiency of current workflows
  • Track budgets, invoicing, and overall account health
  • Implement standardization across a high volume of account tactics

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Comfortable working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic technical understanding of performance marketing reporting and tracking.
  • Proven project management capabilities and the organizational skills required to independently prioritize daily tasks without getting overwhelmed.
  • High technical literacy and the adaptability to quickly master and navigate proprietary software systems and databases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the confidence to lead internal conversations and provide professional, polished support to external client partners.
  • Strong tactical decision-making skills , with the ability to independently resolve platform errors and utilize all available agency resources.
  • A focused, process-driven individual contributor who thrives in a highly structured, execution-oriented role.
