Job Description
Publish and govern website content end to end across campaigns, landing pages, product pages, resources, and compliance updates while coordinating multiple teams and vendors.
- Publish and maintain WordPress content and related platforms; align with publishing standards and SEO/governance rules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, agencies, and contractors to ensure timely content delivery.
- Implement redirects, manage URLs, optimize internal linking, and maintain on-page SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Identify content quality issues, fix broken links, refresh outdated information, and run content hygiene audits.
- Track requests, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes using project management/ticketing tools; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Support testing, analytics validation, tagging, forms, and measurement requirements for conversion optimization.
- Develop and maintain publishing guidelines, governance docs, and operational playbooks; apply automation to improve efficiency.
