Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO, PPC, social media, email, content/blogs, and video
- Create marketing content including ad creative, landing pages, email sequences, and sales materials
- Design and update sales materials as needed
- Track incoming leads in our lead tracking platform and optimize handoff to our CRM
- A/B test creative, landing pages, and email sequences to improve performance
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals
- Stay current on the latest marketing trends and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience
- Proven track record in SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRMs
- Strong copywriting and design skills
- Short-form vertical video production skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy
- Curiosity to test, learn, and adapt quickly
- Enthusiastic about using AI tools for content creation and process automation
- Thrive in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment
