Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on generating high-quality leads and driving business results.
- Manage and optimize campaigns throughout the digital marketing funnel, from initial click through lead, application and conversion.
- Monitor lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and other key performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and overall marketing efficiency.
- Evaluate opportunities across all digital channels to support lead generation.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase qualified leads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages.
- Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM/Paid Search)
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Proven experience generating and improving the quality of digital leads.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM/paid search, including Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta/social media advertising and key word strategy.
- Experience with analyzing, improving and fixing landing pages to increase conversions.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization.
- Highly metrics-driven with the ability to understand data and improve performance.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and take ownership from strategy through execution.
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, lending or another regulated industry
