Digital Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing programs to design and develop program-related promotion and communication materials
• Assist in updating and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
• Support the creation, design, and execution of email marketing campaigns
• Help manage and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts that align with the brand voice and marketing goals
• Assist in developing creative content, including email promotions, blog posts, graphics, and videos, to support digital communication and field incentives initiatives
• Help manage logistical elements of the team, such as project entry, scheduling meetings, organizing resources, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in Teams and in Shared Drives

Requirements

• MS Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Oral and written communication skills
• Detail orientation
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Sprout Social, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Canva)
• Strong record of academic achievement (3.5 cumulative GPA to qualify)
• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (December 2026 or May 2027 graduate, preferred)
