Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supports the hospital's communication, branding and community engagement efforts through a blend of digital content management and creative design.
  • Develops and maintains digital content across social media and the hospital website, while also producing high‑quality graphics and visual materials that strengthen the hospital's brand and promote key services.
  • Ensures all digital and visual communications are accurate, timely, patient‑friendly and aligned with organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design or multimedia production (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging and patient‑friendly content
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
  • Experience with social media platforms, content management systems and basic video editing tools
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must hold a valid Ohio driver's license; have a safe driving record and meet insurance requirements as specified by the hospital's insurance carrier.
