Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft and/or coordinate posting on corporate social feeds.
  • Responsible for monthly social media reporting and analytics.
  • Create content calendar for community social feeds.
  • Responsible for community social media support and guidance on content creation for social media.
  • Facilitate regular training on social media for community team members alongside Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator.
  • Assist with community reputation management as required, monitoring brand reputation across all digital media and online marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of current popular social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to keep thorough and accurate records and report on social media and campaign performance and analytics
  • Competence with technology, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
