Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and send weekly email newsletters across multiple company brands.
• Manage CRM audience segmentation to deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
• Match new property listings with likely buyers and sellers using CRM data and automation.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, workflows and performance reporting.
• Building brand authority on community pages and support GEO/SEO initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and engagement.
• Work closely with the media, sales, and leadership teams to support company marketing initiatives.
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, assets and campaign schedules.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, AI tools, SEO best practices and emerging platforms.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, CRM marketing.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact or similar.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with customer data, segmentation and marketing lists.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
