Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social channels
• Create and manage content for company platforms
• Design marketing materials for digital and print
• Manage brand consistency across all channels
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and analytics
• Maintain the company website and online business listings
• Support marketing needs for internal teams
• Assist with events, promotions, and company initiatives
• Manage marketing vendors and coordinate on budget

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Working knowledge of major digital platforms and marketing tools
• Proficient in Canva or comparable design tools
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized and self-directed
• Flexible on hours; some evenings and weekends
• Vermont real estate license desired. If not currently licensed, preferred within 90–120 days of hire — company covers the cost.
