Job Summary

Own and advance branding-led marketing for AFRL/PA programs, balancing creative asset development with hands-on AV asset management and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic communications outcomes.

  • Branding & Marketing: Lead brand-compliant asset creation (logos, coins, marketing materials) and mass-communications activities.
  • Digital Signage & Content: Design, edit, and manage digital signage content and motion graphics per platform requirements.
  • Inventory & Collaboration: Oversee AV/IT inventory, procurement, and cross-team collaboration with designers, photographers, videographers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Branding & Marketing: Ensure all products meet the AFRL/PA brand book and create logos, coins, and marketing materials.
  • Digital Signage & Content: Create, design, and edit digital signage and manage related content and motion graphics on signage platforms.
  • Inventory & Collaboration: Assist with ordering, storing, coding into inventory database, disposal, and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or educational marketing.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team collaborating with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, etc.
  • Experience with digital signage platforms (understanding screen ratios, motion graphics, and content duration) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign or Illustrator for layout awareness).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Department of Defense branding and communication policies (ex. Tongue and Quill).
  • HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
  • Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) or Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)
