Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns from strategy through execution
• Build automations, drip campaigns, and lead nurture sequences in Go High Level
• Create high-converting landing pages, funnels, and lead forms
• Manage CRM pipelines, lead routing, and speed-to-lead systems
• Track KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate marketing for showroom promotions, seasonal campaigns, and traveling consumer expos
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Build database reactivation campaigns to re-engage cold leads and past customers

Requirements

• 2+ years managing Meta Ads at the campaign level (not the boost button)
• 2+ years managing Google Ads (Search, Display, or Performance Max)
• Experience building CRM automations and multi-step drip campaigns
• Direct-response copywriting skills — ads, emails, SMS, landing pages
• Data-driven, organized, and fast-moving
• Experience in home services, retail, or consumer lead generation preferred
