Responsibilities

• Website
• Maintain the master website of Catholic Community Schools as well as content that supports the webpages for each school using Squarespace or another web design platform, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and user-friendliness are maintained.
• Develop and implement creative strategies and work with our digital marketing agency to optimize website performance, including SEO, user experience enhancements, and visual aesthetics.
• Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and staff to gather content and updates for the website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance shared online.
• Social Media
• Create and manage a content calendar to support our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), driving engagement to promote school events and initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels for feedback, inquiries, and trends, and respond promptly (if appropriate) to comments and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our online presence and digital marketing strategies.
• Graphic Design
• Design compelling graphics and multimedia content using tools such as Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to accompany social media posts, website updates, and other marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an associated marketing field such as Website, Graphic Design, Marketing and Communications.
• Experience in using various platforms that support websites and graphic design.
• 2-5 years of experience working within a creative capacity.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic, web maintenance, and social media work is preferred.
