Job Description

Responsibilities
  • The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and conversions across digital channels for our communities and home listings.
  • Analyze the performance of digital campaigns, including paid search, display, social, email, and SEO.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and recommend UX improvements.
  • Build dashboards and reporting using a variety of tools such as Looker Studio.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Partner with sales and leasing teams to track lead quality and conversion to close ratio.
  • Analyze listing performance across online real estate marketplace platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com.
  • Identify trends in local markets, audience behavior, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
  • Thorough experience with WordPress is required
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms and analytics tools
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred
  • Experience in real estate or multifamily property marketing is preferred
  • Understanding of Hubspot is preferred
  • Familiarity with attribution models and marketing funnels
