YES’s unique operating model, personal approach and strong corporate culture has garnered it the Community Operator of the Year award by the Manufactured Housing Institute for the past ten years.At YES! Communities we look at Manufactured Housing Communities in a whole new way! Too many times in the past manufactured home communities had the reputation of saying NO! to home loans, leasing agreements and requests due to their stringent guidelines and rules.
