Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Create and oversee Google Ads marketing campaigns, collaborating with the graphics team to craft compelling display ads.
  • Establish and strengthen our online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaign spend and performance based on actionable insights.
  • Identify critical conversion points, address drop-off points, and optimize user funnels.
  • Generate innovative growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
