Own and optimize Beztak's reputation and local presence across property and corporate accounts, translating platform analytics into improved online visibility and brand consistency.
- Platform governance: manage reputation tooling, listings health, and local search optimization.
- Review strategy: solicit, monitor, and respond to reviews with brand-aligned AI-assisted workflows.
Job Description
- Manage and optimize Beztak’s reputation management platform ecosystem
- Utilize platform recommendations and analytics to improve online visibility and brand performance
- Oversee review solicitation and response strategies across property and corporate accounts
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to craft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses to customer reviews
- Ensure listings accuracy and optimization across all digital directories and local search platforms
- Support AEO and local search optimization initiatives
- Partner with internal teams and external creative partners to oversee visual and branding initiatives
- Provide quality control and creative oversight on marketing and visualization projects
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices related to reputation management and digital presence
- Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes.
