Responsibilities

• Visit our existing referring dental offices to maintain and strengthen referral relationships.
• Regularly check in with referring dentists and their teams and serve as a friendly point of contact for our practice.
• Identify and visit new dental offices to introduce our practice, doctors, services, and referral process.
• Deliver marketing materials, referral pads, brochures, business cards, and other practice information.
• Educate dental offices about the services our practice provides and how we can assist their patients.
• Build strong professional relationships with dentists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and front-office teams.
• Follow up with prospective referring offices after initial visits.
• Keep organized records of office visits, contacts, follow-ups, and potential referral opportunities.
• Assist with dental networking events, lunches, educational events, and other practice marketing activities.
• Communicate feedback from referring offices to our management team and help identify opportunities to improve the referral experience.

Requirements

• Dental knowledge/experience is REQUIRED. Candidates should understand dental terminology, common dental procedures, and how dental offices operate.
• Previous dental office experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, friendly, and comfortable approaching new dental offices.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be comfortable traveling locally between dental offices.
