Job Summary

Own a data-driven Meta lead-gen pipeline for a niche agency by planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns, coordinating with creatives, and clearly reporting results to drive higher quality leads and efficient client outcomes.

Lead-gen Campaign Execution: plan, launch, and optimize Meta ads with a focus on lead quality and measurable outcomes.
Creative Collaboration: request and refine assets with the creative team to boost performance and fatigue management.
Reporting & Transparency: document changes and share Loom and written updates to align stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating, launching, and managing Meta ad campaigns
Setting up Facebook lead forms
Reviewing campaign performance
Optimizing ads based on data, lead quality, and client feedback
Testing new ad creatives, hooks, angles, and copy
Reviewing CTR, link CTR, CPM, CPL, booked appointments, and lead quality
Helping identify why campaigns are underperforming
Documenting campaign changes and test results
Sending or preparing weekly/biweekly Loom updates
Communicating campaign issues, ideas, and next actions clearly

Requirements

Experience running Meta/Facebook lead-generation campaigns
Understanding Facebook lead forms and how form quality affects lead quality
Ability to explain what you check when a campaign is underperforming
Knowledge that low CPL is not always the final answer
Ability to think through booked appointments, lead quality, client feedback, and creative fatigue
Ability to create or suggest new concepts, hooks, angles, offers, and ad copy ideas
Ability to work with creative assets and give useful feedback
Ability to document changes clearly
Ability to send clear Loom or written updates
Organized and consistent
