Job Summary

Drive multi-channel demand generation with a full-funnel, multi-channel activation plan that aligns with priority segments and revenue goals, and translate data into leadership-ready optimization and pipeline improvements.

  • Demand generation ownership across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, website, and nurture programs to move leads through the funnel.
  • Sales-aligned SLAs and data-driven optimization to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Structured testing and performance insights to inform marketing and sales leadership and scale ABM and cross-team campaigns.

  • Develops and executes integrated demand generation strategies aligned to priority segments, target accounts, and revenue goals
  • \n
  • Owns pipeline generation and marketing’s contribution to revenue, driving performance across the full funnel from awareness through conversion
  • \n
  • Translates strategies into multi-channel execution across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, website, and nurture programs
  • \n
  • Drives audience targeting, segmentation, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion
  • \n
  • Partners with Sales to define and manage SLAs, ensuring alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline conversion
  • \n
  • Identifies funnel gaps and implement strategies to improve conversion across lifecycle stages
  • \n
  • Owns channel mix and budget allocation decisions based on performance, ROI, and pipeline impact
  • \n
  • Leads performance optimization through structured testing (A/B testing) and continuous improvement across campaigns and channels
  • \n
  • Translates performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing and sales leadership
  • \n
  • Partners with Digital, Marketing Operations, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, channels, and tools to business outcomes
  • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, or related field required
  • \n
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing within complex B2B or B2B2C environments required
  • \n
  • Prior professional experience partnering with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline outcomes required
  • \n
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • \n
  • Proficient in the use of common office equipment and software – including, but not limited to: computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - this includes active listening, professional email and phone etiquette, and the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
  • \n
