Job Summary

Own and scale multi-channel demand generation and growth for a PLG B2B SaaS, driving end-to-end paid acquisition, experimentation, and measurement in a lean, data-imperfect environment.

  • Lead hands-on paid acquisition across channels with full budget ownership.
  • Grow demand in a product-led, self-serve buying cycle while refining unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, payback).
  • Operate with imperfect data, define success metrics, and build repeatable growth systems in a lean team.

Job Description

Requirements

  • 5–6 years in demand generation, growth and expansion, or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company. A good chunk of it is hands-on in channels, not just owning strategy or managing people who do the work.
  • You’ve personally run paid acquisition. Built the campaigns, written the ads, held the budget, pivoted fast. You can tell us about one channel you scaled and one you shut down, and what you learned from both.
  • You are willing to dip your feet into every possible watering hole our potential customers might be hiding and nudge them out. This role expands both demand gen and growth; we need you to ferret out our best bets.
  • You think in unit economics. CAC, payback period and LTV:CAC are how you make an argument, not terms you’ve heard in meetings.
  • Self-serve or product-led experience. You understand PLG and self-serve buying cycles and how to engage with clarity. If your background is purely enterprise pipeline (MQL targets, SDR handoffs, six-month cycles) this genuinely will not translate, and we’d rather say so now.
  • You’re comfortable with imperfect data. Our attribution is being rebuilt as we speak. You’ll help define what “good” looks like rather than inheriting it.
  • You can write. Ad copy, landing pages, partner outreach, and a Reddit comment that doesn’t read like marketing.
  • You work well without scaffolding. We’re small. There’s no demand gen team beneath you, no one to hand things to, and no playbook to reference.

Preferred

  • Nice to have, not required. Experience with construction, trades and home builder audiences. Affiliate or partner program experience. HubSpot, Amplitude, or Databox. An instinct for creative and video production. Social media platforms and YouTube hands-on.

Benefits

  • Health, dental and vision. Matching 401(k). Paid time off, HSA + Dependent Care FSA. Volunteer paid time off matching. Annual training / education stipends. Office setup bonus.

TeamGantt is a project management software company that specializes in simple and intuitive gantt chart tools for project planning and collaboration. Founded in 2009 by John Correlli and Nathan Gilmore in Baltimore, Maryland, TeamGantt was created with a single purpose in mind: to bring calm and clarity to teams who work together.TeamGantt was originally founded in 2009 by John Correlli and Nathan Gilmore under the name Groundbreaking Designs LLC.At the time, John and Nathan were both developing software for a large roofing contractor in Baltimore, Maryland. They searched high and low for a good way to schedule and collaborate on projects online but couldn't find a solution that did both well. They decided to tackle the challenge of building their own gantt chart software on nights and weekends. After seeing their software’s potential, John and Nathan released an early version for other companies to try. It turns out, they weren’t the only ones who needed a better way to manage projects! The first public release of TeamGantt officially launched in November 2010, and John and Nathan had their first customer within a few hours. TeamGantt quickly took off, attracting big-name customers like Twitter, Expedia, and Turner Broadcasting in just the first year. After the successful launch of TeamGantt, Groundbreaking Designs LLC rebranded to match its flagship product. Now, our company and software platform are both known as TeamGantt.
