Job Summary

Own demand generation across paid, owned, and partner channels, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, HubSpot-driven workflows, and close Sales alignment to optimize ICP targeting and attribution for pipeline impact.

  • Growth orchestration: Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and partner-led programs that move prospects from awareness to pipeline.
  • Ops and analytics: Own HubSpot setup, reporting, and optimization; analyze performance to iteratively improve ROI and funnel metrics.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Sales/BD to refine ICPs, lead quality, attribution, and revenue outcomes; build scalable demand-gen processes as the company scales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end demand generation and digital marketing strategy and execution across paid, owned, and partner channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns including Google Ads (search, display, retargeting) and Paid LinkedIn campaigns
  • Lead digital programs with strategic partners, online events and multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage and optimize the full funnel—from lead acquisition through MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution
  • Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot for demand generation, including campaign setup, reporting, workflows, and optimization
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development on ICP definition, targeting, lead quality, attribution, and pipeline performance
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and ROI measurement across all demand and digital marketing programs
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights
  • Build scalable processes and best practices as the company grows

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing experience (Senior Manager or Director level)
  • Startup experience is required, with a proven ability to build and scale programs from the ground up
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and webinar and digital event platforms.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and lead lifecycle management
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams
  • Cybersecurity or high-tech industry experience strongly preferred
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
