About Lost Media is a fast-growing global talent agency. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to support and manage relationships with the content creator and influencer talent we represent. This role is for someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator. You should be able to build trust, keep things running smoothly, and ensure talent feel supported while maintaining high standards. You’ll act as a key point of contact for talent while coordinating internally to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
