Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams to refine product positioning and messaging so it is clear, differentiated, and compelling in RTA's competitive market.
  • Audit and update website content to ensure consistent product messaging and that RTA is effectively marketing its strongest features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Develop positioning and messaging that communicates the value of RTA partnerships and integrations to prospects and customers; the broader Marketing team owns campaign execution.
  • Develop and publish product demo videos, workflow videos, imagery, and other product-marketing assets that showcase RTA Fleet360 throughout our marketing efforts.
  • Own bringing RTA products and features to market. Product owns what RTA builds; this role owns the go-to-market execution.
  • Align and excite the organization for launches while defining launch success measures in partnership with Product.
  • Project manage the product launch process, marketing strategy and tactics, with clear deliverables, launch tiers, owners, timelines, and expectations.
  • Ensure Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing are launch-ready with the positioning, messaging, training, and tools needed to confidently take new capabilities to market.
  • Expansion & Upsell Pipeline & Enablement - Own the expansion/upsell pipeline plan and quarterback campaigns with the Demand Generation Manager and in-product motions to create qualified opportunities for the upsell team. Develop messaging, positioning, and Sales/CS enablement - including feature pages, battlecards, and talk tracks - that support cross-sell, upsell, and tier-migration motions.
  • Product Adoption & Feature Awareness - Drive awareness and activation of underused and retention-correlated features through release communications, in-app messaging, and usage-data-targeted adoption campaigns. Track adoption by customer accounts trying new products/features and average users engaging within each account.

Requirements

  • Required experience in GovTech or Fleet Management SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience owning product and feature launches from go-to-market planning through organizational readiness and market execution.
  • Hands-on experience conducting customer interviews and translating customer insight into positioning, messaging, campaigns, and enablement.
  • Experience driving or quarterbacking expansion/upsell pipeline programs in partnership with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using customer, product-usage, CRM, and market data to inform decisions and measure adoption and impact.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, call-recording/conversation-intelligence tools such as Gong, and project-management tools such as Asana or comparable platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated stories for multiple audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional work without direct authority.
  • No degree requirement; relevant experience and demonstrated capability matter most.
