Responsibilities

• answer incoming phone calls, SMS messages, and website inquiries from customers seeking assistance, then schedule appointments and ensure requests are handled efficiently.
• Throughout the day, you'll also keep our social media channels active and engaging, creating a welcoming online presence that reflects the professionalism and values of Emerald Heating & Cooling.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business
• Strong customer service skills
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Preferred

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
